Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Bloka Tag mobile application (the "Service") operated by BLOKA LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Service Functionality
The Service is a utility tool that uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks and Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to temporarily block access to user-selected applications on their iOS device. To activate and deactivate the blocking feature, the user must scan a compatible NFC tag containing the specific text "BLOKATO".
The Service also includes a limited-use "Emergency Stop" feature to provide a bypass mechanism in urgent situations.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BLOKA LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BLOKA LLC.

BLOKA LLC does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall BLOKA LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service. Our maximum liability to you for any and all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
